摘　　要：目的探讨图像引导适形调强放疗联合比卡鲁胺治疗局部晚期前列腺癌的临床护理。方法对12例局部晚期前列腺癌图像引导适形调强放疗联合比卡鲁胺治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析,采取治疗前心理护理,治疗期间及治疗后采取相应的护理措施。结果本组12例患者中CR 3例,PR 9例,总有效率100%。主要不良反应为放射性直肠炎、放射性膀胱炎,放射性皮炎、骨髓抑制等。结论图像引导适形调强放疗联合比卡鲁胺治疗局部晚期前列腺癌配合有效的护理措施,能有效的减轻治疗的副反应,使患者顺利完成治疗,有利于患者的预后和康复。Objective To investigate the nursing for advanced prostate cancer patients who received image - guided conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy （IGRT） combined with bicalutamide. Methods The datas of 12 advanced prostate cancer patients who received IGRT combined with bicalutamide were analyzed retrospectively. All of the 12 patients were given psychological care before treatment and corresponding nursing measures during and after treatment. Results Among the 12 patients, 3 of them were CR, 9 of them were PR, the total effective rate was 100%. The major adverse reactions were radiation rectitis, radiation cystitis, radiation dermatitis and myelo - suppression. Conclusions Nursing care for advanced prostate cancer patients who received IGRT combined with bicalutamide can reduce side effects of the treatment, help the patients complete the treatment smoothly and is helpful for prognosis and rehabilitation.
