摘　　要：分析了卷烟企业的生产经营现状及生产特点 ,给出了HY -CIMS应用工程的体系结构和功能模块 ,指出了HY -CIMS设计和实施中的几个关键技术及解决方法。该应用工程针对企业业务情况 ,包括设计、生产、销售、供应、库存、财务、备件、质量管理、人事劳资、图文档案、办公自动化和综合查询等子系统。既可以独立运行 ,又可以构成严格意义上的闭环ERP。Based on analyzing the present situation and the characteristics of production operations in tobacco industry, the system architecture and function module of HY-CIMS are described. Some problems and the solved methods of key technologies on design and implementation are pointed out. Based on the operation situation, the system includes design, production, sale, purvey, storage, financial affairs, spare part, quality management, personnel, labor and capital, hieroglyph file, OA, synthetical query, etc. subsystems. These subsystems can run independently, and make up of closed loop ERP. The research in the paper affords experience and gist for the spread of CIMS in tobacco industry.
