摘　　要：本文介绍了利用Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｃ＋＋ ６．０进行串口通信的各种基本方式和Ｓｉｍｅｎｓ ＰＬＣ自由口通信程序的设计，并重点阐述了Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｃ＋＋ ６．０中通过动态链接库进行串口通信的设计方法。The paper introduces all kinds of basic serial port communication methods using Visual C++ 6.0 and the design of free port communication program of Simens PLC, futhermore set focus on the designing method of serial port communication through dynamic linked library in Visual C++ 6.0.
