摘 要:在概念界定和文献回顾的基础上,构建了适合我国免费开放的科技馆的观众满意度测评指标体系,并以天津等七省市科技馆为例进行了实证分析。通过因子分析得出了测评体系的指标权重和观众满意度综合得分的计算方式,研究发现免费开放的科技馆的服务条件和内容是提高观众满意度的核心因素。The purpose of the study was to improve the service quality of Science and Teclmology Musemn open free, as well as the visitors' satisfaction and trust. Based on the concept definition and literature review, this study built a visitors' satisfaction evaluation index system, which was suitable for Science and Technology Musemn open free. Then this study conducted an empirical study on seven science and teclmology museums opening free. Through factor analysis, the study obtained the evaluation system's weight of index and the score calculation of visitors' satisfaction. The study found that the service conditions and contents of science and teclmology museums open free are the core factors to improve the visitors' satisfaction.
