摘　　要：当前社会的理性主义传统使现代人过度关注道德认知与理性能力,道德直觉力与情感冲动力的匮乏使道德哲学的理论体系片面发展,生态实践主体因缺乏走向生态实践行动的情感"冲动力"和价值实践能力,带来生态实践难题并引发"生态困境"。新的历史时期,要培育具有道德实践能力的行为"主体",应当重塑"以情摄理"的伦理性格,构建伦理实体"冲动力的合理体系",再现"伦理—经济生态"与"伦理—科技生态"的合理机制,实现人—自然—社会生态链条的可持续运作,为生态文明社会的构建奠定价值基础和行动的理论依据。The rationalist tradition makes modern people pay too much attention to moral cogni tion and rational ability, lack of moral intuition and emotional impulses bring the theoretical system of moral philosophy with onesided development, and bring ecological practice problems and lead to ＂ecological dilemma＂, because lack of emotion impulse power and the value of practice ability of the main practice body. In order to cultivate the ＂subject＂ with moral practice ability in the new histori cal period, we＇ d reshape the ethical character of ＂emotion dominaing reason＂, construct the ＂rea sonable system of impulse power＂ of ethical entity, and reappear the reasonable mechanism and chain of ＂ecology of ethicseconomic＂ and ＂ecology of ethicsscience and technology＂, laying the theoretical basis and value basis of action to build the world of ecological civilization.
