摘　　要：企业是经济运行的基本单位,承担着引领社会可持续发展的使命。实现可持续发展的核心问题之一是企业战略导向的转变。与市场导向相比,利益相关者导向更符合可持续发展的要求,也更有利于企业的长期发展。介绍和对比市场导向与利益相关者导向的概念及内涵,阐述从市场导向到利益相关者导向的演化过程。结合可持续发展目标,分析了利益相关者导向的优势与局限,探讨了未来研究趋势,为企业可持续发展问题提供新的理论依据和研究视角。Enterprises＇strategic orientations are of great importance to sustainable development of the whole society.Com-pared with market orientation,stakeholder orientation is more in line with the requirements of sustainable development. This paper demonstrates the concepts and evolvement of market orientation and stakeholder orientation,as well as the comparison between them.In addition,the advantages and limits of stakeholder orientation are analyzed.This research al-so provides insights to the trends of future research concerning stakeholder orientation.
