科技型中小企业技术创新中的弱信息来源与管理研究

摘　　要：从企业自身角度出发,基于由信号向信息转变过程的分析,提出了影响科技型中小企业技术创新的弱信息相对存在的原因在于企业认知能力和认知范围的局限性。认为与技术创新相关的弱信息可分为原始性和忽略性弱信息两类。企业可采取弱关系网络、信息合流、试验与应用3种方法加强对弱信息的管理,并利用弱信息进行技术创新的机会、风险和路径预测,提高科技型中小企业技术创新的信息管理水平和竞争力。From the point of view of the enterprise and based on the analysis of signal to information transformation process,it is proposed that the sources of weak information in the technological innovation of Sci-tech SMEs can be found in the limitations of cognitive abilities and cognitive scope of the enterprise.The weak information in technological innova-tion can be divided into ＆quot;original＆quot; weak information and ＆quot;ignored＆quot; weak information.Enterprise could adopt the method like weak ties network,information conflux,information test and application to strengthen the weak information manage-ment,and exploit the weak information to forecast technology innovation opportunities,technology innovation risks and technology path to improve the information management and competitiveness of Sci-tech SMEs technological innovation.
