技术主导型产业链纵向关系治理模式研究

摘　　要：产业链治理是产业链升级的重要内容,尤其是技术主导型产业链治理是一项复杂的系统工程。首先分析了技术主导型产业链治理现状,发现技术主导型产业链创新能力不强、知识共享和人际信任不充分、产业链整合能力弱等因素导致技术主导型产业链难以提高技术创新能力和国际竞争力;其次探讨了技术主导型产业链3种典型的组织形态,并分析了技术主导型产业链主要有模块化、领导型和科层式3种治理模式;针对技术主导型产业链治理困境,提出建立技术主导型产业链知识共享、人际信任与制度信任等机制。Industrial chain governance is an important part of industrial chain＇s upgrading.The technology-oriented industri-al chain governance is especially a complex system engineering.The paper has first analyzed the present situation of the technology-oriented chain＇s governance.Owing to the insufficient sharing of knowledge and interpersonal trust and the weak creativity and integrating ability of the industrial chain,it is difficult for the technology-oriented industrial to improve its capability of innovation and international competitiveness.As followed,the author has discussed the chain＇s three typi-cal organizational forms.Meanwhile the author has also analyzed the three governance types：the modular type,the lead-ership type and the bureaucratic type.Finally the author has proposed to build the mechanisms for sharing of knowledge and trust for the plight of technology-oriented industrial chain＇s governance.
