小微企业创业决策过程模型研究

摘　　要：小微企业拥有区别于成熟企业和大企业的属性特征。为了深入解析小微企业创业决策过程,构建了创业学习、差错取向、机会识别与决策关系的理论模型,通过对249家小微企业创业者的实证分析得出:创业决策各维度与创业学习、差错取向、机会识别行为显著相关;创业学习、差错取向、机会识别行为可以有效预测创业决策;机会识别行为在创业学习和创业决策速度、决策正确度之间起部分中介作用,机会识别行为在创业学习和创业决策认同度之间未起中介作用,机会识别行为在差错取向与创业决策速度、决策认同度之间起部分中介作用,在差错取向与创业决策的正确度之间起完全中介作用。Mini-small-scaled firm differentiated from mutual and large-scaled firm.During the decision-making process, persistent learning and recurring judgment played key role on speed of entrepreneurial decision-making,decision accuracy and degree of social identity.In order to further explore the process of decision-making,the paper set up the theory model among entrepreneurial learning,error orientation,opportunity identification and decision-making.The conclusion by col-lecting valid 249 entrepreneurial samples showed that：entrepreneurial decision have a significant positive correlation with entrepreneurial learning,error orientation and opportunity identification behavior.Entrepreneurial learning,error orienta-tion and opportunity identification behavior can effectively predict entrepreneurial decision;it was found that opportunity i-dentification behavior play a partial mediatory role between entrepreneurial learning and speed of decision making and deci-sion accuracy,opportunity identification behavior play a partial mediatory role between entrepreneurial learning and degree of recognition decisions.Opportunity identification behavior play a partial mediatory role between error orientation and en-trepreneurial decision,opportunity identification behavior play a fully mediatory role between error orientation and decision accuracy of entrepreneurial decision.The result had enlightened effect on entrepreneurial theory and practice.
