摘  要:目的探讨不同核心瓷和饰面瓷厚度对氧化锆全瓷修复体颜色的影响。方法将氧化锆底瓷材料切割并高温烧结,制成厚度分别为0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2 mm的核心瓷试件;并在表面堆塑不同厚度(1.2、1.0、0.8、0.6、0.4 mm)的饰面瓷,使其总厚度为1.6 mm;制作厚度为0.4 mm的核心瓷试件,分别构筑0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2 mm的饰面瓷。用CM600d/700d分光测色仪分别测量每组颜色的参数L*a*b*值,计算色差。结果随氧化锆核心瓷厚度的增加,L*和b*值增大,即明度增加,颜色偏向黄色,各组之间L*与b*值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随饰面瓷厚度的增加,L*值减小,a*和b*值增大,各组之间L*、a*与b*值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随氧化锆核心瓷与饰面瓷比的增大,试件L*值增大,a*和b*值减小,各组之间L*值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着瓷层厚度增加,相邻2组之间的色差△E呈减小趋势。结论氧化锆全瓷修复体核心瓷与饰面瓷厚度及两者相互作用均能对颜色参数产生影响,核心瓷与饰面瓷厚度越大,颜色差异越小。Objective To determine the effects of different core ceramic and veneering porcelain thickness on the color of zirconia all-ceramic restoration. Methods The zirconia ceramic material was used to produce the zirconia ceramic core porcelain (0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 mm), which were then employed to construct different thickness of veneering porcelain (1.2, 1.0, 0.8, 0.6, and 0.4 mm) to make the total thickness of 1.6 mm. Core porcelain of the thickness of 0.4 mm was constructed and veneering porcelain of 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 mm was prepared too. The parameter L*a*b* CM600d/700d spectrophotometry was used to measure color values of each group on a white background for the chromatic aberration. Results With the increase of zirconia core porcelain thickness, L* value and b* value were increased, the brightness was increased, color to yellow, between groups L* and b* values with significant differences (P〈0.05). With the increase of the thickness of veneering porcelain, L* was decreased, a* and b* were increased, L*, a* and b* values were significantly different (P〈0.05). With the zirconia core ceramic and veneering porcelain ratio increasing, the specimen had increased value of L*, and decreased a* and b*, and L* value had significant difference (P〈0.05). With the increase of the thickness of porcelain, color difference between the 2 groups △E was in a trend of decreasing. Conclusion Zirconia all-ceramic restorations core porcelain, porcelain veneer thickness, and the interaction between them can affect the color parameters of the core and veneering porcelain. With the porcelain layer thickness increasing, the color difference is small.
