胃癌中MTDH与PDCD4的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究胃癌中异黏蛋白(MTDH)和程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)的表达水平及其与临床病理参数的关系,探讨其在胃癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化二步法检测83例原发性胃癌患者术后癌组织及其癌旁组织标本中MTDH和PDCD4的表达。结果胃癌组织中MTDH的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),胃癌组织中PDCD4的表达低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);MTDH表达的高低与胃癌的临床分期、浸润程度、有无淋巴结转移比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与其他临床病理参数无关;PDCD4表达的高低与胃癌的分化程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与其他临床病理参数无关。在胃癌组织中,MTDH和PDCD4的表达存在关联(χ2=16.893,P<0.05,r=-0.451)。结论MTDH和PDCD4在胃癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达均存在明显差异,且MTDH和PDCD4可能存在较强的负相关关系,二者的表达与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To study the expression levels of metadherin （ MTDH ） and programmed cell death 4 （ PDCD4） and detect their clinicopathological significance in gastric cancer,and explore the role of MTDH and PDCD4 in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Methods The expressions of MTDH and PDCD4 were detected in 83 cases of primary gastric cancer patients cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue by Two-step immu-nohistochemical method. Results the expression of MTDH in gastric cancer tissue was higher than the adjacent normal tissue （ P〈0. 05 ）;the expression of PDCD4 in gastric cancer tissue was lower than the adjacent normal tissue （P〈0. 05）;the expression of MTDH was statistically significant associated with the clinical stage,depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis （P〈0. 05）, nothing to do with other clinicopathological parameters. The expression of PDCD4 was statistically significance associated with degree of differentiation （ P〈0. 05 ） , nothing to do with other clinicopathological parameters. There was negative correlation between the expression of MTDH and PDCD4 in gastric cancer tissue （χ^2 =16. 893,P〈0. 05,r= -0. 451）. Conclusion The expression of MTDH and PDCD4 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissue are significantly different. There is a strong negative correlation be-tween MTDH and PDCD4 , the expressions of them are closely related with the occurrence and development of gas-tric cancer.
