摘　　要：目的本研究探讨核心组蛋白(core histone H2A,H2A)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法,检测97例乳腺癌组织中H2A的表达情况。结果 H2A在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于乳腺癌癌旁组织(P=0.000)。H2A的表达强度与TNM分期有关(P=0.026),与年龄、瘤体大小、腋窝淋巴结转移、组织学分级无相关性。结论乳腺癌组织中H2A过表达与肿瘤发生发展密切相关。Objective To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of H2A in breast cancer. Methods The expression ot H2A in the breast cancer tissues of 97 patients was detected by immuneohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rate of H2A increased in breast carcinoma,which was higher than that of those paracancerous（ P = 0. 000）. The expression of H2A were positively correlated with the TNM staging（P = 0. 026）. No relationship was found to be with the age,the tumor size,the histological grade and the lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The ovcrexpressions of H2A was closely correlated with the tumor carcinogenesis.
