摘　　要：目的观察七方胃痛颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者的临床疗效,并探讨七方胃痛颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变胃黏膜上皮TFF1 mRNA表达水平及TFF1基因DNA甲基化的影响。方法 40例胃癌前病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用七方胃痛颗粒,对照组用胃复春片。观察其临床疗效及治疗前后TFF1表达水平、TFF1基因DNA甲基化表达的变化。结果①七方胃痛颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变临床疗效显著优于胃复春。②与治疗前相比,2组TFF1 mRNA表达显著升高,TFF1基因DNA水平显著下降。结论七方胃痛颗粒可升高慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变TFF1 mRNA表达水平,降低TFF1基因DNA甲基化表达水平,对阻断疾病进一步发展有明显效果。Objective It is to observe the effect of Qifangweitong granules on chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous le- sion, and approach the influence on expression level and DNA methylation of gastric mucosal epithelium trefoil factor 1 （ TFF1 ）. Methods 40 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous lesion were divided into two group with 20 cases in each group. The patients were treated with Qifangweitong granules in treatment group and with Weifuchun pills in control group. The clinical effect, the expression TFF1 mRNA and DNA methylation were observed. Results （!）The clinical efficacy of Qifangweitong granules for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis to cancer was markedly superior to the Weifuchun Pills. （~）Compared with before treatment, the level of TFF1 mRNA in gastric mucosal tissue were obviously increased, and TFF1 DNA methylation level was obviously lower after treatment. Conclusion Qifangweitong granules can increase the levels of TFF1 mRNA expression in precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis tissues, and decrease the TFF1 gene DNA methylation expression level, it has apparente effect to prevent the further development of the disease.
