摘　　要：医德教育的关键在于培养医学生（医务人员）的医德观念,本文从心理学的角度,分析了医德观念的层次结构,并提出了相应的培养方法。The crux of medical moral education into training the medical moral concept of medical students. From psycholgical aspect,this paper analyzes the levels and structures of medical concept,and suggests its corresponding training method.
