玉米有丝分裂染色体制片预处理方法比较

摘　　要：用不同浓度的秋水仙素溶液、8—羟基喹啉溶液及低温方法分别处理玉米根尖后,制做玉米染色体装片观察中期染色体.通过比较得到用低温方法处理时染色体中期分裂相最多的结果.The corn's root and top are dealt with in low temperature method withcolchicin solution in different concentration and 9-hydroxy quinoline. Afer that thecorn's chromosome flakings are made to observe the metaphase chromosome. Throughcomparison, when dealt with in low temperature method, the metaphase chromosome hasthe greatest number of phase.
