摘　　要：基于完全信息博弈理论 ,阐述了寡头垄断条件下的环境污染税收 Cournot模型和Stackelberg模型。对两个模型进行了分析 ,并探讨了二者的区别所在。Two models of competition with environmental tax under conditions of duopoly are established based on the Cournot game model and the Stackelberg game model, and some helpful conclusions are drawn from the models. The difference between these two models is analysed.
