摘　　要：为了解决我国大型企业供应商选择和评价问题，文章提出了一种基于层次分析法 (AHP)的供应商评价指标体系和多级模糊评判模型。首先根据 AHP方法建立决策递阶层次结构，利用合成层次总权重来构筑多层次模糊决策模型。最后，结合该模型在海尔集团具体应用说明其在供应商评价方面应用的有效性。To solve the problem of supplier evaluation,this paper presents a supplier evaluating index system and fuzzy multi－ objective evaluating model based on analytic hierarchy process. According to the algorithm of AHP, we establish the hierarchical architecture and synthetic weight. At last, we successfully solve the problem of supplier evaluation and selection in Haier Corporation.
