河西走廊生态环境重建的机遇、挑战与对策研究

摘　　要：河西走廊经济发展和生态重建在全国和甘肃省具有重要意义。世纪之末 ,中国西部大开发的实施 ,全国生态环境建设浪潮兴起 ,世界经济格局变化为河西走廊生态重建带来新的机遇 ,但是区域生态环境恶劣 ,经济结构不合理和全球经济冲击对河西走廊生态重建造成一定不利因素。为实现河西地区生态系统良性发展 ,应从加大国家投资力度 ,生态建设社会化 。Economic development and eco-environment construction in Hexi Corridor is very important to Gansu Province and China. At the end of 20 st century, implementation of Chinese West Development ,rising of eco-construction tidal wave in China, and evolvement of world economic pattern bring new opportunity to eco-construction in Hexi Corridor. But, Deterioration of eco-environment, un-rationality of economic structure and impingement of world economy also bring challenge to the eco-construction of Hexi Corridor. Aiming to realize virtuous development of ecological system in Hexi Corridor, advancing investment, culturalization on ecological construction, transformation on economic structure, improvement on mass eco-consciousness and establishment on ecological security protecting system should be carried out.
