摘　　要：黄河流域生态环境存在的问题都与水有关．针对生态环境中存在的问题、应以水为切入点．科学配水．统一管水．全民节水．植物涵养水．只有科学利用黄河水资源、才能改善黄河流域的生态环境。Ecological environment of Yellow River watershed is easily fragile. This paper analysed that the problems exist in ecological environment of Yellow River watershed. and considers that these problems are relating to water. To the existing problems. only surmounting difficulty of water. scientifically distributing water. unified management water. saving water. conserving water through afforestation and scientific utilization water resources could be improved.
