摘　　要：本文主要概述了生态条件与农艺措施对稻米品质影响的研究现况,对影响品质的作用机理以及优质品种与优质栽培之间的关系进行了简要的讨论。The present research situation on the effect of the ecological conditions and cultivating measures on rice quality was summerized, and the mechanism affecting rice quality and the relations between high-quality strains and cultivating measures were discussed as well.
