摘　　要：报道61例经蝶窦显微外科切除垂体泌乳素瘤。1986年后的27例,由于技术和设备的改进,疗效明显提高。治愈缓解率为67％。微腺癌疗效优于大腺瘤。术前血PRL<300μg/L疗效好,其治疗缓解率为76％。本文对垂体PRL瘤治疗方法的选择进行探讨。Transsphenoidal microsurgical removal of 61cases of prolactin-secreting pituitary adenoniasare reported. The results were improved si-gnificantly in 27 cases or the 61 cases after1986 due to promotion of surgical techniqueand experience. The cure and remisson ratewas 67. The surgical outcome of microadenomaswas better than macroadenomas. patients withpreoperative serum prolactin below 300μg I.had good result. The cure and remisson ratewas 77. selection the method of treatmentof proloctin-secreting pituitary adenomas arediscussed in this paper.
