摘　　要：本实验观察了头部照射与卡氮介(BCNU)合用对脑荷G422瘤小鼠的治疗作用,结果表明:二者合用不仅能显著延长荷瘤鼠的平均生存期,同时还可部分减轻BCNU的对荷瘤鼠脾脏T、B淋巴细胞增殖的抑制。The combined treatment using cranial irradia-tion and BCNU was studied on brain G422tumor-bearing mice. The results showed thatcranial irradiation combined with BCNU couldnot prolong the mice survival time than eithertreatment alone. but also was able to decreasethe immune inhibitory effect or BCNU on theproliferations of splenic T and B lymphocytesin brain G422 tumor-bearing mice.
