摘  要:目的 为研究物理性血栓溶解疗法而评价直流电刺激制备动脉血栓模型方法的可行性。方法 新西兰大白兔 60只均分为A、B、C 3组 ,分别以直流电刺激法、注入凝血酶法和损伤血管内膜法制备动脉血栓模型 ,3h为实验终点。结果 直流电刺激法 (A组 )制备的动脉血栓模型成功率 10 0 %。其成功率 ,血栓质量及其对血管壁完整性的维护等均优于传统的注入凝血酶法 (B组 )或损伤血管内膜法 (C组 )。结论 推广使用直流电刺激制备血栓模型的方法 。Objective Evaluate the application of arterial thrombosis by the direct electric currents timulation for the thrombolysis therapy by physiotherapy. Methods 60 New Zealand rabbits were divided equally into three groups and were undergone direct electric current stimulation,injecting thrombin or injuring the arterial intima to get the arterial thrombosis.The termination time of the experiment was three hours from the starting. Results The success rate of the thrombosis in the group of the direct electric current stimulation was 100%. Its success rate,thrombus quality,arterial wall intact,and so on were much more satisfactory than that of the other tow groups. Conclusion Direct electric current stimulation method is suggusted for arterial thrombosis experiment, so as to make further thrombolysis experiment more sure and more scientific.
