女性吸毒者伴发抑郁性神经症测查

摘　　要：本文应用精神卫生自我评定量表（SDS－CR）．对本市强制执行戒断治疗女性吸毒者进行抑郁性神经症测查．同时以年龄、职业、受教育程度相近的正常女性为对照。结果显示,40例女性吸毒者发生抑郁性神经症14例（轻度10例,中度3例，重度1例）．抑郁性神经症轻型心理障碍高于对照组3．5倍。提示毒品不但损害吸毒者生理健康，也严重损害精神、心理健康[1]，应引起医学界、心理学界、戒毒专业机构高度重视。40 woman narcotics in the pace for abstaining fron narcotic drugs were analyzed by SDS-CR and ccmpared with 40 normal women in the similar age.occupation and educational background. The result showed that 14 women were diagnosed as suffering depressive neurosis in the narcotic grorp .among them 10 cases were in mild. 3 in moderate and 1 case in severe depres sive neurosis. 4 cases were suffering depressive neurosis in the control group,and 3 cases in mild and 1 in moderate depressive Psyonosis .The prevaience rates were 35% in the narcotic group and 10% in the control guoup. This study suggested that the narcotics damage the people not only in physiological but psychotic and psycbological heaith.
