摘　　要：目的 :评价改良的胰十二指肠切除术效果 ,减少并发症 ,降低死亡率。方法 :回顾性分析 1995 - 0 5～ 2 0 0 0 - 0 5 ,作者采用改良的胰十二指肠切除术治疗胰腺癌等恶性肿瘤共 13例 ,观察手术效果。结果 :无胰瘘、胆瘘及胃肠吻合口瘘发生 ,无手术死亡。随访生存 11～ 5 6个月 ,效果较好。结论 :手术方法正确 ,吻合技术操作可靠 ,是减少并发症 。Objective:To evaluate the effect of advanced pancreaticoduodenectomy to reduce the complication and the mortality of treatment.Methods:Since 1995 to 2000,the advanced pancreaticoduodenectomy was employed to treat 13 patients with such malignant tumor as carcinoma of head of pancreas and so on.The operative effect was analyzed.Results:The pancreatic fistula,biliary fistula and gastroenteric fistula did not appear in any patients.All patients survived after operation.The follow-up showed that the survival time post operation was from 11 months to 56 months.Conclusion:The proper operative method and the reliable anastomosis might be a key to lower the complication and the mortality of operation.
