固定矫治器加平面导板在前牙外伤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨固定矫治器加平面导板对前牙外伤固定治疗的效果 ,以便为前牙外伤的临床治疗提供更多更有效的方法。　方法 :选 10例上前牙外伤患者 ,应用固定矫治器固定外伤前牙 ,平面导板解除咬牙合创伤 ,时间 3个月～ 10个月。　结果 :10例患者治疗后均取得满意效果。　结论Objective:To probe the effect of fixed appliance and plane jumping plate in the treatment of anterior teeth injury. Methods:Up anterior teeth injury of ten cases were fixed with fixed appliance and plane jumping plate for3～10months.All patients were followed for 3～6 months. Results:Satisfactory effect was acquired in all cases. Conclusion:It is an effective and reliable method to fix the injured anterior teeth with fixed appliance and plane jumping plate,also it provides an alternative way in the treatment of anterior teeth injury. [
