摘　　要：目的 :探讨在面中部骨折治疗中更加有效地恢复咬牙合关系及面部形态。　方法 :切开复位坚固内固定 2 3例。　结果 :本组患者术后形态和功能恢复良好。　结论 :面中部多发性骨折治疗中咬牙合关系的恢复应先行恢复下颌骨的连续和颌平面 ,以此为标准恢复上颌及咬牙合关系 ;面部形态恢复应以上水平弓 ,鼻颌柱、翼颌柱的恢复为基础。Objective:Facial features and occlusions were discussed in treatment of midfacial fractures. Methods:Using the microplate osteosynthesis to treat the midfacial fractures Results:23 cases were treated in this way. Results and facial features were very well. Conclusion:In the operation of midfacial fractures,mandible was the marker of occlusion recover and facial feature restoration was based on realignment of malar bone and threedimensional reconstruction. [
