文冠果果壳中两种甾醇成分的结构研究

摘　　要：目的　首次研究文冠果果壳的化学成分。方法　采用柱色谱和光谱方法。结果　从文冠果果壳中分得 2种甾醇 ,经鉴定为 :(3β,5α,2 0 R,2 4S) -豆甾 - 7,反 - 2 2 -二烯 - 3-醇和 (3β,5α,2 0 R,2 4R) -豆甾 - 7-烯 - 3-醇。结论　Object An attempt to study, for the first time, on the chemical constituents of the husk of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bge Methods The husk was extracted with ethyl acetate water, separated on silica column, and structurally elucidated by spectral analysis (IR, MS, 1HNMR, and 13 CNMR, DEPT) Results 2 sterols were identified as (3 β, 5 α, 20 R, 24 S) stigmasta 7, trans 22 dien 3 ol (Ⅰ) and (3 β, 5 α, 20 R, 24 S) stigmasta 7 en 3 ol (Ⅱ) Conclusion This is the first time to report the presence of the 2 sterols in this plant
