摘  要:应用 S- P免疫组织化学方法对 6 2例膀胱移行上皮癌及 6例正常膀胱粘膜组织分别检测 P1 6 蛋白、PC-NA蛋白表达。结果显示 6 2例膀胱移行细胞癌中 P1 6 的表达与膀胱癌分级间呈负相关 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,在浸润性癌显著低于浅表性癌 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,在复发组低于未复发组 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ;PCNA表达与膀胱癌分级呈高度正相关(P<0 .0 5 ) ,浸润性癌高于浅表性癌 (P<0 .0 1) ,复发组高于未复发组 (P<0 .0 1)。P1 6和 PCNA的表达呈显著负相关 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。认为检测 P1 6、PCNA的表达对了解膀胱癌的生物学行为、膀胱癌的诊断。patients with bladder transitional cell cancer for the first time were selected The expression of P 16 and PCNA was studied in consecutive tissue slides using S P immunohistochemical technique The results showed P 16 expressed mostly in nuclear and its positive was 50 00% PCNA expressed in nuclear and its positive percentage was 64 52% There was negative correlation between P 16 expression and the cancer’s grades,stages Conversely PCNA expression was oppositely correlated to the cancer’s grades and stages Statistical differences were observed for expression of P 16 and PCNA between G1 and G3,superficial tumors(Tis~T1)and invasive tumors (T2~T4),the recurrence and non recurrence These suggest that the detection of P 16 and PCNA may be used to evaluate the behaviour of TCC
