摘　　要：据医院研究生教育管理工作多学科、多层次、多类型、多样化、多渠道等特点。我院充分认识研究生教育在医院的地位和作用 ;建立了研究生指导小组 ;对导师进行岗前培训 ;研究生教育管理干部合理分工 ;做好管理工作的周密计划。In light of the features of management of graduate students in hospitals such as multiplicity of disciplines, levels, types, forms and channels and fully aware of the place and function of graduate education in the work of hospitals, our hospital has adopted such measures as establishing a steering group for graduate students, conducting pre post training for advisours, rationally dividing work among managerial personnel in charge of graduate education, and carefully planning managerial work. Strengthening the management of graduate education is of great importance to guaranteeing and enhancing the quality of graduate students.
