摘  要:以 Ad- 6 (F5 )与甘蓝型油菜 Ogu CMS测交后代可育株 F2 (TC1 )为材料 ,研究了测交后代的形态特征及体细胞染色体数目和花粉母细胞的减数分裂行为。结果表明 ,F2 (TC1 )的特征类似于 Ad- 6 (F5 ) ,体细胞染色体数为 2 n=35~ 40。花粉母细胞减数分裂过程能够完成 ,但出现许多异常现象。在 PM CMI期出现有较高单价体及多价现象 ,并且还有染色体桥存在。中期及后期有落后染色体存在 ,后期 还出现有多极分裂现象。在四分体时期 ,除四分体外 ,还有二分体、三分体、五分体、六分体存在 ,其中三分体所占比例较高。这些现象说明 ,F2 (TC1 )还很不稳定 ,这可能是由于外源遗传物质与油菜的遗传背景不协调造成的。The morphology and the somatic chromosomal number and miosis behavior of the fertile plants in the progeny from test crossing between Brassica napus L. with OguCMS and restorer Ad 6(F 5) were observed. The results showed that the morphology of the test crossing progeny was similar to the Ad 6(F 5). The somatic chromosomal numbers were 2n=35~36. The chromosome behavior in miosis was abnormal. In PMC MI there were high frequent univalent and multivalent and chromosomal bridge. In metaphase and anaphase, there were lagging chromosomes. In anaphase Ⅱ multipolar segregation was also found . But the miosis could be finished finally. In tetrad period, diad,triad,pentad and sixad were also observed. Except tetrad, triad was the most frequent. These showed that F 2(TC 1) were unstable in genetics. This was probably because of the alien genetic material was not correlated with the genetic background of the B.napus.
