牛蒡子汤对SD大鼠血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的探析牛蒡子汤治疗颈椎病的作用机理。方法分组灌胃牛蒡子汤基础方和加减方 ,比较了受试大鼠的血液流变学和血清中MDA、SOD以及NO的含量。结果牛蒡子汤基础方和加减方可使大鼠的BEVH、BRVL、PV、PtA和ESP均有不同程度的下降 ,可改善红细胞的变形能力和聚集性 ,减缓血小板的聚集性 ,有利于血流和微循环灌注。可有效降低实验动物血清MDA的水平 ,提高SOD的活力 ,可调控一氧化氮。结论牛蒡子汤对颈椎病祛风通络、活血化瘀的药理与血液流变性改善以及提高清除自由基能力、对抗退行性病变有关。Objectve To investigate the mechanism of Arctium lappa soup on the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods Effect of Arctium lappa soupa (basic and plus or minus) on hemorrheology and MDA or SOD in serum as well as nitric oxide in plasma of SD rat groups were compared by filling it. Results The experiments showed that BRVH、BRVL、PV、PtA and ESR in test groups compared with the control were significantly decreased; and that the shape change ability,the collect character of erythrocyte and platelet aggregation rate were obviously improved, it is helpful to blood flow and microcirculation perfusion. The test revealed MDA levels and SOD vigor in serum of SD rats were decreased and increased, respectively, Nitric oxide was regulated by Arctium lappa soup. Conclusion The experiments suggested that pharmacology of Chinese traditional medicine is related to improved hemorrheology, free radicals clearance and anti-retrograde pathological changes in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
