家庭关系对白血病患者生存期的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨家庭关系对白血病患者生存期的影响。方法　通过问卷法将 43例白血病患者分为和睦型家庭关系及不和睦型家庭关系两种。结果　和睦型家庭关系的白血病患者的中位生存期5 .34年 ,最长生存期已逾 11年 ,存活例数远远大于不和睦型家庭关系的白血病患者 (P <0 .0 1)。不和睦型家庭关系的白血病患者 ,中位生存期 0 .82年 ,在半年内死亡例数远远大于和睦型家庭关系的白血病患者 (P <0 .0 1)。Objective To evaluate the effect of family relations in the surival of leukemia patients. Methods By using questionnaire,43 leukemia patients were divided into the two groups of harmonious and nonharmonious family relation. Results The survival period of leukemia patients with harmonious family relation, median survivar phase 5.34 years were singnificantly more than those with nonharmonious family relation, whose median survival phase was 0.82 year(P<0.01). Conclusion It was suggested that harmonious family relation have effects in achieving complete remission and prolonging survival phase of leukemia patients ,and nonharmonious family relation make leukemia patients be anxiety and depression and shorten their survival phase.
