摘 要:目的 探讨机体抗氧化能力在精神疾病发病机理中的作用及其临床意义。方法 采用化学比色法检测176例精神分裂症患者血清中SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、VC、VE和NO含量。结果 精神分裂症患者血清中SOD、MDA、NO含量均高于对照组(P<0.05或 0.01);GSH-Px、VC合量均低于对照组(P<0.01);VE两者无显著差异(P>0.05);精神分裂症家族史阳性者血清中NO高于精神分裂症阴性家族史者(P<0.05);精神分裂症患者抗氧化能力含量可因病程、性别、年龄的不同而不同;精神分裂症患者治疗后SOD、MDA低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论 精神分裂症患者体内自由基代谢异常可能是精神分裂症发病的生物学因素之一。Objective To explore the role of body antioxidation capacity in the pathogenesis of schizophrenics and its clinical significance.Methods The serum content of SOD,MDA,GSH - Px,VC, VE and NO in 176 schizophrenic patients were measured with chemical colorimetry. Results The serum SOD, MDA and NO content were higher and the GSH - Px and VC content were lower in schizophrenic patients than that in controls (P < 0.05 or 0.01 and P < 0.01) . There was no significant difference in serum VE content between schizophrenia patients and controls ( P > 0.05). The schizophrenics with family history had higher serum NO content than those without family history ( P < 0.05 ) . The antioxidation capacity in schizophrenia patients varied with courses, genders and ages. The serum SOD and MDA content in psy-chotics were lower after treatment than before treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion The schizophrenia patients have abnormal free radical content and this may be one of the causes of their disorders.
