手术加序列化疗治疗恶性脑胶质瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对恶性脑胶质瘤手术加序列化疗的可行性和效果进行分析。方法:对1995年7月～1996年12月手术加序列化疗的28例恶性脑胶质瘤作一回顾性分析。结果:有4例患者已存活5年,复查脑CT肿瘤消失;16例肿瘤较术前缩小80％以上,无或仅有轻微功能缺失;无变化2例;死亡6例。结论:手术加序列化疗治疗恶性脑胶质瘤可提高病人生存率而不致严重影响神经功能。Objective: To analyse the feasibility and effect of operation following by chemotherapy for treatment of malignant gliomas. Methods:Twenty-eight cases found from July 1995 to December 1996 are retrospectively analysed. Results:The results showed that four Cases had survived five years, and checked brain CT scan showed that tumor had disappeared. Sixteen cases displayed that the tumor had reduced 80% compared with preoperative treatment, and had no or slight function loss. Two cases had on changes. Six cases died. Condution:Operation following by chemotherapy for malignant gliomas can improve the survival rates without affecting the patients' nervous function seriously.
