摘　　要：目的 :探讨黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离手术的效果。方法 :于 2 9例 (30只眼 )黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离病人治疗中 ,采用冷凝联合巩膜外垫压或环扎、玻璃体腔注气 ,部分病例采用玻璃体切除联合硅油填充。结果 :经随访观察 4～ 12个月 ,手术后视网膜复位 2 8只眼 (93 3% ) ,未复位 2只眼 (6 7% )。结论 :对黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离 ,根据具体病情 ,采用不同的手术方法进行治疗 ,可获得成功。Objective:To investigate the effects of the surgery of macula rhegmatogenous retinal detachment Methods:29 patients(30 eyes)with macula rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were treated surgically The surgical managements included cryosurgery combined with episcleral buckling or encircaling、intraviteal injection of gas,and in some cases,vitrectomy with silicon oil tamponade Results:After followed up 4～12 months postoperatively,28 eyes achievedr eattachment of retina(93 3%),but failure in 2 eyes(6 7%).Conclusions:The results suggest that the various surgery performed on macula rhegnatogenous retinal detachment may have good results [HT5”H]
