三种药膜对成人牙周炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 :对比评价 3种可吸收性药膜对成人牙周炎的临床疗效。方法 :应用刚果红染色记数、全自动生化酶分析等方法 ,检测螺旋霉素 (SPI )、甲硝唑 (MNZ )单方药膜及螺旋霉素 -甲硝唑 (SPI-MNZ )复方药膜局部用药前后各项临床指标、细菌学指标及生化指标的变化 ,对比评价其对成人牙周炎的治疗作用。结果 :3种药膜用药前后各项检测指标均有明显改变 ,其中SPI -MNZ复方药膜用药后各项指标的变化最为显著 ,与SPI、MNZ单方药膜相比具有显著性差异 ,而两种单方药膜相比无明显差异。结论 :3种药膜局部应用均具有良好的临床疗效 ,而SPI-MNZ复方药膜比单方药膜能更有效地控制牙周组织炎症 ,改善牙周炎临床症状 ,具有更大的临床应用前景。AIM: To compare and evaluate the effects of different periodontal drug membranes in the treatment of adult periodontitis. METHODS: The effects of spiramycin(SPI), metronidazole(MNZ) and SPI-MNZ mixed drug membranes in the treatment of adult periodontitis were assessed by the coloration of Congo-red and the analyse of biochemical enzymes. RESULTS: There were significant differences between the medication groups and control groups. The SPI-MNZ mixed drug membranes were more effective than SPI or MNZ membranes. There were no statistical differences between SPI and MNZ drug membranes in regarding to the clinical efficacy. CONCLUSIONS: Periodontal drug membranes are effective in the management of adult periodontitis.Compared with other simple membranes, SPI-MNZ mixed drug membranes ensure more satisfactory clinical effectiveness, predicting their greater potentiality of clinical application.
