乳腺癌易感基因BRCA_1在家族性乳腺癌中的表达

摘　　要：为探讨 BRCA1 在乳腺癌中的表达和在家族性乳腺癌中的作用 ,应用免疫组织化学 S- P法检测 BRCA1在家族性及非家族性乳腺癌各 42例中的表达。结果显示 ,在 42例家族性乳腺癌中 2 6例表达 BRCA1 ,阳性表达率为 6 1.9%。其中 +,++,+++,++++级分别为 3、5、10、8例 ,平均发病年龄为 38.6岁。在 42例非家族性乳腺癌中仅 5例 BRCA1 呈阳性 ,其阳性表达率为 11.9% ,其中 +,++,+++,++++级分别为 0、1、2、2例 ,平均发病年龄为 5 2 .3岁。 BRCA1 的阳性表达率在家族性乳腺癌及非家族性乳腺癌中有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结果表明 :BRCA1 在家族性乳腺癌的发生过程中可能起着十分重要的作用。其发病年龄有相对提前的趋势。研究 BRCA1To explore the expression of BRCA 1 in breast cancer and its function in familial bresat cancer.The immunohistochemical staining with streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method (S P method) was conducted to determine the expression of BRCA 1 in 42 cases of familial breast cancer and 42 cases of non familial breast cancer.Result:26 cases were found BRCA 1 mutation in 42 familial breast cancer.The rate of positive was 61.9%,include +,++,+++ and ++++ was 3,5,10 and 8 cases respectively. The average age of disease was 38.6. Only 5 cases were found BRCA 1 mutation in 42 nonfamilial breast cancer, the rate of positive was 11.9%,include +,++,+++ and ++++ was 0,1,2 and 2 cases respectively,the average age of disease was 52.3. Conclusion: BRCA 1 plays a very important role in the familial breast cancer,the age of the patients was younger than that of non familial breast cancer patients .The study of BRCA 1 mutation important clincal value in explanation the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of breast cancer.
