摘　　要：报道在显微镜下 8例第四脑室肿瘤手术切除 ,术后辅以放疗 ,全部病人术后恢复良好。 1例髓母细胞瘤 1年零 8个月复发。有 2例因脑积水行脑室腹腔分流。其余未见复发 ,生活能自理。认为该部位肿瘤首选手术治疗。并根据病理辅以放疗等其它疗法 ,由于位于脑干背侧 ,手术有一定危险 ,探讨了术中术后必须注意的要点。Objective To discuss the curative effect of microsurgery treatment for tumor resection in fourth ventricle of brain. Methods 8 cases of fourth ventricle tumor patient were treated with resection with surgical microscope and radiotherapy was followed after operation. Results All patients recovered and were able to be self-support. One was recurred 20 months after operation. 2 were received the ventricle-abdomen shunt due to hydrocephalus. Conclusion The first choice of treatment of this tumor should be operation combined with complex radiotherapy according to pathology. There is high risk to perform operation because the tumor locates at dorsal part of brain stem.
