脑脊液净化治疗蛛网膜下腔出血50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　评价蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后 ,脑脊液 (CSF)置换净化的治疗效果及其临床意义。　方法　对 5 0例 SAH病人在常规采取脱水 ,止血 ,应用钙拮抗剂治疗的基础上 ,采用腰椎穿刺后生理盐水置换 CSF净化治疗。　结果　 CSF净化治疗组患者不仅临床症状持续的时间明显缩短 ,亦未出现并发症 (脑血管痉挛 ,脑积水 ,再出血 )。　结论　 CSF净化治疗操作容易 ,疗效好 ,尤其适合基层医疗单位应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of the decontaminative therapeutics of the cerebrospinal fluid(C.S.F) and its value in treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Methods Execpt treatment of routine therapy,dehydration,hemostasis and Ca 2+ antagonist,50 patients with SAH were adopted lumber puncture and their part of C.S.F were replaced by normal saline to be decontaminated. Results After the decontaminative therapeutics,the clinical symptoms of patients did not only disappear rapidly but also without complications such as brain angiospasm,hydrocephalus,bleeding again. Conclusion The therapy of decontamination of C.S.F is easy to operate.The curative effect is well and it fits for the basic medical unit.
