大蒜素保护心肌缺血再灌注损伤时心功能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究大蒜素对急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤时心功能的保护作用。方法 :结扎冠状动脉前降支根部 6 0分钟后 ,再灌注 6 0分钟 ,动态观察不同剂量大蒜素对心功能与心电图的影响。结果 :与对照组比较 ,大蒜素组家兔左室±dp/dtmax dp/dt DP40及LVSP值明显升高 ,LVEDP、T及ET值显著降低 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1) ;大蒜素大剂量组疗效最为明显 ,可降低ECG胸前导联ΣST值 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :大蒜素注射液对家兔急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤时的心功能具有良好的保护作用 ,其疗效与剂量存在对应关系 ,以 2 4mg/kg时的疗效最为明显。To study the protective effect of Allimin injection on ventricular function during acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in the in vivo rabbit hearts,meanwhile,the mechanism of its action was probed.Methods:The proximal part of the coronary anterior descending artery was ligated 60 minutes,for ischemia and released to allow reperfusion for 60 minutes,the change of the left ventricular function and ECG were observed continuously.Results:The left ventricular±dp/dt max.dp/dt-DP40 and LVSP of the Allimin group were significantly higher than that of the control group,while,the LVEDP.T and ET were lower(p<005,001);The effect of the Allimin(high)group was more obviously.Conclusion:The results suggests that Allimin injection possesses definite protective effects on ventricular function during acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,and the effect on high dose(24mg/kg)is more obviously.
