摘　　要：目的 :探讨颈静脉球体瘤的诊断要点和围手术期处理原则。方法 :回顾性分析 9例患者的临床特征、辅助检查资料及治疗情况。结果 :3例未完全切除者于术后 3～ 6年复发 ,行放射治疗的 2例症状无明显好转 ,4例经计划性治疗者肿瘤切除满意 ,无复发。结论Objective:To investigate the value of early diagnosis and perioperative management in the treatment of glomus fogular tumor.Methods:9 cases of glolmus jogulartulxxor were reviewed.Results:Complete resection was achieved in 4 cases with proper perioperative managenlent.Recumence occurred in 3 cases after 3～6 years.Radio\|treatment had no efficacy in 2 cases.Conclusions:Early diagnosis and perioperative management played a key role in the treatment of glolmus jogular tumor.
