摘　　要：从一产生光敏活性物质的头孢霉AL0 31真菌的菌丝体和发酵液中 ,测得 1 6种氨基酸 ,总含量分别为 1 5.53%和 0 .0 1 5%。该真菌菌丝体中含 1 4种无机元素 ,发酵液中有无机元素 1 2种。以上结果 ,为进一步探讨该真菌的开发应用价值提供了依据。Sixteen amino acids in the mycelium of Cephalosporium Al031 sp.that produces photosensitive pigments were determined.The content of the amino acids in the mycelium was 15.53%.The fermentation broth contains 16 kinds of amino acids amounting to 0.015%.The mycelium and fermentation broth contain 14 and 12 Kinds of inorganic elements respectively,The results provide a basis for further exploiting Cephalosporium AL031 sp.
