城乡精神分裂症患者的家庭负担比较研究

摘　　要：本研究分别对城市和农村的精神分裂症患者家庭负担进行评价。结果显示，农村的总体家庭负担水平高于城市，尤其以经济负担更为突出，而城市的照料者心理障碍的比例（３８．０％）显著高于农村（１７．１％）。多因素分析发现。两者的家庭负担影响因素有所不同。AbstractAn evalution of burden on the family of schizophrenic patients in the urban and rural areas respec-tively have been made。The results showed that the general burden on the family in the rural area was higher than in the urban area. The economic burden was more predominant in the rural area,The mor-bidity of mental disorders in the people who taked care of the patients was significant higher in the ur-ban area(38%)than in the rural area(17%).According to analysis on multiple factors,it disco-vered that the influenced factors of burden on the family was different in both groups。
