纵向流混合管束换热器试验研究

摘　　要：对 3种纵向流管壳式换热器进行了试验研究 ,结果表明 ,由扭曲变截面管、绕丝管和光滑管三者组成的混合管束 ,其总传热系数比纯光滑管管束高 1 .3～ 2 .3倍。采用混合管束既可获得高的总传热系数和管内外传热膜系数 ,又可以使管内压降不致过大。改变扭曲变截面管与光管等不同数量的配比和布置方式 。Experimental studies on three types of the longitudinal flow shell and tube exchanger are performed.The results indicate that heat transfer coefficients of mixed tube bundle are 1.3 2.3 times higer than plain tube bundle.Using mixed tube bundle,high heat transfer coefficient can be acquired as well as pressure drop not too high.The requirements for enhancing heat transfer and restricting pressure drop can be satisfied by means of changing numbers and arrangement forms of the enhanced tubes and plain tubes.
