摘　　要：随着商品经济的不断发展 ,现代财务管理广泛实行财务预测 ,加强财务控制 ,建立责任中心 ,运用计量模型和电子计算机等 ,使财务深入到经济决策中。目前 ,我国正建立和完善市场经济 ,并随之建立现代企业制度 ,这将使企业资金运动越来越活跃 ,企业财务关系越来越复杂。因此企业必须积极推广和运用现代化的财务管理方法。本文运用线性规划原理 ,通过建立数学模型 ,解决财务管理中资金筹措、成本控制等问题 。With the development of commodity economy ,the financial forecast ,the reinforcement of financial control ,the establishment of responsibility system and the application of the model of measurement and computer are practised widely in the field of modern financial administration .Accordingly ,the finance is playing the part of the important force in policy decision of economy .At present ,the marketing economy system is being perfected in our country .Then the system of modern enterprise is establishing consequential .In this situationthe circulation of funds is more and more active so that the relationship of enterprise finance become complicated day by day .Therefore ,the enterprise has to develop and use the modern of the financial administration .In this paper we apply the principle of linear programming and setup the mathematical model to solve the problem of funds raising .Cost control and so on in the field of the financial administration so as to improve the effects of the use of funds.
