几种野生蔬菜种子的发芽试验

摘　　要：对几种野生蔬菜种子进行了不同浸种时间 ,不同催芽温度和发芽势天数要求的观察试验。试验结果表明 ,有利于野生蔬菜种子发芽的浸种时间 :葡茎苦菜、马齿苋、黄花苜蓿各为 4h,蒲公英、荠菜、车前各为 1 2 h,野苋菜反应不明显 ;适宜的催芽温度为 :黄花苜蓿和车前各为 2 1～ 2 3℃ ,其他几种在适温范围内要求较高温度 ;发芽势天数要求为 :马齿苋、荠菜、黄花苜蓿 2天 ,葡茎苦菜 3天 ,蒲公英、车前、野苋菜The experiment was made in different time of soaked seed,different temperature of forced germination and date of germinating viability of several wild vegetables.The results showed that the time of soaked seed being advantageous to germinate is:4 hours each to Sonchus brachyotus,Portulaca oleracea,Medeicago hispida;12 hours each to Taraxacum mongolicum,capsella bursa-pastoris,Plantago asiatica,but the Amaranthus blitum is not clear.The proper temperature of forced germination is :21~23℃ each to Medicago hispida and plantago asiatica,but the others needed a higher temperature.The date demanded in germinating viability is :2 days each to Portulaca oleracea,Capsellabarsa-pastoris,Medicago hispida,3 days to Sonchus brachyotus,4 days each to Taraxacum mongolicum,plantago asiatica and Amaranthus blitum.
