摘　　要：通过建立市场占有率、产品质量、员工积极性、创新能力等非财务性业绩评价体系 。Through establishing the non finantial evaluation system,which includes the rate of market share,the quality of products,the initiative and innovation of the staff,the paper put forward that the present evaluation of achievements of enterprises should properly combine the finantial evaluation system with non financial system.
