摘  要:通过对2米量级直升机旋翼的试验表明:天平测量原理正确、设计分理、刚度大、干扰小、静校准精度较高,其动态特性与整台直升机旋翼试验装置匹配良好,较好地满足了直升机旋翼试验要求。Two rotor balances have been designed and built to form a set of new rotor test stand used to two meter order rotor model for helicopter research and development.Having been used more than one year, it can be seen evidently that the balance design is reasonable,the measurement principle is correct,the accuracy and precision is high,the second order interactions between the components can be neglected and the balance dynamic characteristics can be matched with the rotor test stand.Three test results are given in the end of this paper and the test results are consistent with the theoretical results.
