摘　　要：本文检测了36例急性脑血管病患者外周血T细胞亚群,结果证明急性脑血管病患者急性期细胞免疫受到抑制,免疫调节细胞亦出现异常改变,认为急性脑血管病免疲学改变受多种因素的综合影响。The disturbance in the function of humoral immunity and cellular immunity has been reported in acute cerebrovascular disorders(CVD). Peripheral blood T-cell subsets in 36 patients with CVD in acute stage were assayed. It was found that total T-cell population decreased and was most markedly reduced in hemorrhage group in which the difference was statistically significant. Decrease in OKT_4 subsets was also found, hemorrhage group and ischemia group had statistically significant difference. The alteration of OKT_8 subsets in each group was not statistically significant. It was confirmed that immunoreaction(cellular immunity) was inhibited in CVD and immunoregulatory cells changed abnormally, consisdering that the alteration of the immunity in CVD was affected by synthetical factors.
